Whats going on everyone? Its here, finally located and at the dealership. Will be picking up tomorrow at 2pm!! Weather calls for snow but hopefully should clear up by morning. That might of been the longest night of my life, i felt like tomorrow would never come! I'm getting ready to go pick it up now. Within a couple of hours I will be cruisin in my new ride! I'll check back in later!

 

Where are you from? The big snow storm we were supposed to get in Boston has turned into rain. It's pretty sloppy out there though, so be careful!

yea ...I'm just west of you...all snow here and it scks!!!

don't want to hijack this thread but just read in Automobile that their long-term tester has Blizzaks and doesn't go well in snow...yikes!...I'm expecting to put them on next winter and hope to be daily driver...

what's your config? snows? how'd it go this year?

 

I got my car in January and couldn't find a snow tire package I liked for a reasonable amount of money. Decided to stick it out and wait for next fall to buy a package. I've been travelling a ton for work, so I've missed all of the storms so far. I will buy Blizzaks without question next year. I've had them on my 300Z, MR2, G35 Coupe, and 330Ci. I have never had a problem in the snow and would argue that my cars get around better than a lot of SUVs with all season tires (and stupid drivers), especially with all the electonic intervention nowadays.

So, to the OP, did you get it yet, did you get it yet, did you get it yet????

Hey everyone .... I GOT IT!! ,,, it is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G.... i just got home with it, took it around town and I am truly in love.... It got of dirty from the salt on the roads but i'll be cleanin in no time. I live upstate NY to whoever asked. The G is really a dream come true....ill post pics soon.... time to read the manual for the rest of the night!
