Misfires cylinder 1-3-5

Hey guys need some advice I am getting misfires cylinder 1,3,5 bank 1. Cars throwing a p0300 code. Shop is saying I have to change my fuel injectors. Since all those misfires are happening from the same side does the diagnostic seem right? I have a motordyne exhaust, art pipes on the car. Has roughly about 150k km

Its going to be injectors or coils. For injectors you can pull them yourself and take them to a place to get them all serviced, they'll let you know which ones are bad. For coils you can figure it out by swapping the coils from the good cylinders to the ones that are throwing the code. You will need a obII reader, which is like $30 on amazon. for complete set of coils would be $400 for OEM injectors $700. These are parts you can install yourself with just a few tools.

Being that whole bank is affected, check your wiring harness(es) for cracked/ pinched wires, bad ground connections, etc.
