08 G37 RWD 5AT Stalled

I couldn’t find a thread related to this type of situation specifically, but it recently snowed in my area, and so I thought I’d take the g out to a parking lot to let the tail a bit loose. There was a point where I tried a drift and did a 360, but at the end of it where I was starting to straighten out again the car stalled and the dash lit up. I had to put it in park to start it back up again. After starting it up fine, there were no lights, no weird noises that I could hear, and I went through all the gears to make sure it shifted. It was a pretty fast approach and it got a little bumpy mid drift, is it possible that i just starved it from the bumpy/fast approach? The car has 175k miles on it, mechanically there were no problems. This is the first time the car stalled. I’m worried about tranny damage and if I potentially broke anything else. Any info would be appreciated so that I could sleep better at night lol. Thanks guys!

I’m not 100% on this but I believe it’s just fuel starvation. The G’s have a certain shaped gas tank where if it takes a hard corner, all the gas goes to one side. Again, I’m not 100% sure but I remember reading about this somewhere.

My 2011 G37xS has done that before in the winter. Just keep your tank above half when going drifting and it should be fine
