G37 Annoying Click with Swaying

My 2009 G37x coupe has been having this passenger sided clicking noise for the past few months. Occurs when the body shakes side to side going over bumps or if I manually shake the car.

At first I thought it may be the infamous windshield/cowl loosening issue, but I shook the car with the hood popped and it sounds like it's coming from deep passenger side suspension/engine bay area. Also previously thought may be a rusted heat shield but the sound is different and independent of the engine being on.

Any thoughts on what this is?

I had some annoying clicking, and replaces all swaybar links. It did not help. Replaced shocks. It did not help.
So problem was one of the suspension lower arm nut came loose. Tightening it helped. After that I went and checked all suspension nuts/bolts based on specification (do not touch the alignment nuts)
