Screeching sound on start-up with vehicle. Occurred after it snowed.

Hey all! It snowed a little bit in Atlanta on Wednesday. I started up my vehicle that day and when I reversed out it made a metallic screeching sound on start-up for around 20-30 seconds then went away. I didn't drive it Thursday. It did the same thing today when I was going to work and when I left from work I kept my window down this time. It lasted around 20-30 seconds. It sounds like a metallic grind.

The vehicle is a 2013 G37s 7AT w/35k miles. Have any of you had this happen to your vehicle and have you located where it was coming from? I searched a few threads and see a few different theories. My vehicle is under warranty so I may just have them take a look at it. I'm assuming it's just cold weather related. We had teen temperature here on Wednesday.

Thanks for any pointers, all.

EDIT: After reading more threads (there appear to be a handful of this issue) most likely it's just my BBK being cold? It's a little annoying and slightly embarrassing but I guess it'll just be for winter anyways. Being in Atlanta, that's really just two months lol.

Is it coming from the engine bay? Do you hear it while the car is stopped?

It could be your serpentine belt, if not then it could be one of your pulleys

I am experiencing the same issue atm and I know it's my water pump pulley that is making that sound. It's loud at cold starts and eventually fades away when the temp goes up.

^^Water pump is internal on this engine... Might be one of the other pulleys.. There's 3 idler pulleys from what I recall form the belt diagram.
