Are you talking about the clear rock film that's cut around the curves

 

no hes talking about the lining that goes in between the body kit and the car body. all factory kits have this. ive never been able to source it when i was looking. but ive seen it on the chinese ebay site. deals were no help

 

I've never seen a seal, only double sided tape. If that's what your looking for your looking for 3M #06388 (or the length you need/want). It's 3M's Automotive High-Bond Attachment Tape which it typically only available to body shops, but you can find it online if you poke around hard enough. If you looking for a rubber seal then yea, no clue where to get that other than order some rubber and cut it yourself.

 

heres a good example. like i said all factory oem kits have them. next time u see a toyota corolla, camry, xb etc with a factory kit theres tons of them on the road. ull know wat op is talking about.

Yup exactly it's to make the gap between the bumper and the lip almost unnoticeable
