Exclamation Squeaking Noise over bumps? Please help before I go crazy

Hi all - I've had this squeaking noise that kind of sounds like my car is like sinking like the titanic any time I go over a speed bump. I tried fixing this problem by doing the two following things:

1) Replacing shocks with Koni's all around
2) Greased the sway bar joints

I don't know what else the sound could be coming from. I went under the car this afternoon and snapped a photo of what I think it could possibly be now, but I'm still not sure. I'll try to take a video tomorrow to replicate the issue - but it's driving me absolutely nuts to the point where I've been wanting a new car. If I fix this problem I'm sure my itch will go away as I always loved my car, but this problem is seriously getting to me now.

Here is the photo:

Does anyone have any suggestions because I'm really losing my ****. Also - does anyone have any idea on why my window keeps squeaking whenever it auto closes when I close the door? Any suggestions on that too?

Looks like you have a decent oil leak in picture 1.
Looks like your lower control arm bushing may be bad. I can't really tell from the picture.

Yes - think I may have to replace the gasket. How can you tell the lower control arm bushing may be bad? Should I take a better picture>

For your oil leak its likely leaking from the timing cover, and/or maybe the rocker cover gaskets. FYI the timing cover uses RTV to seal.

I believe (don't quote me) that the LCA bushings are liquid filled. Judging by your picture it looks to be leaking.
