Differential Leaks
while i was under the vehicle yesterday, i discovered few issues and was wondering if its major or minor???
differential leak?

Your steering rack looks normal and your rear differential bushing is blown. The bushing is silicon filled and can leak out over time.

Rack & Pinion "sweat" is normal and not covered by the TSB. (See page 8)
As mentioned, your rear diff bushing has split and the silicone has dripped down on the diff cover. It is nothing to worry about, the rubber part of the bushing is still doing its job. If you have warranty, Infiniti will replace THE ENTIRE REAR SUBFRAME with the exact same bushing, which will pop again. -or- pick up a Whitleline Diff bushing kit and never worry again.
