Back up camera issues and other

I'm new here, just purchased a 2009 Infiniti G37x Sedan with under 90k miles and clean title. I have some issues with the car and will list accordingly.
If anyone can shed some light please do so thanks.

1. What is ecm and tcm? I heard there are software updates for these and can that be a "DIY" thing or do I have to pay the stealership to do it?

2. Partial part my rpm cluster the led where the 6k and 7k is very dim.

3. My backup camera doesn't work when I put it in reverse, the screen is black with no trajectory lines, it does show the part where it say "check your surroundings" The reverse light turns on though. I did the hidden secret menu for the camera contin... it shows everything is off and I also pulled the inside cover for the trunk and all the harness are connected for the camera.

4. Passenger driver side doors won't lock from the master switches or the key fob. I will have to literally do it
manually from the inside part of the driver passenger side. Is there a reset method?

5. How many quarts of oil does this car take? Is it the same as the g35? I used 5 quarts for my old g.

Everything is set to off what could it be?

Its all connected what could be the culprit?

1) No DIY unfortunately
2) You can either resolder new LEDs or replace the cluster
3) Camera might be dead?
4) Any noise from the locking mechanism or completely silent?
5) http://www.nicoclub.com/FSM/G37/Sedan/2009/MA.pdf go page35 answer is 5-1/8Q

Ok so out of the blues while driving home in the freeway last night my cluster light was fully lit. The 5k-6k range was lit up, so what does this mean? A loose connection? Does the cluster have their own fuse?

As for the driver side pass locks. i can hear a faint noise when trying to lock it.

I also found out my license plate lights are not working. Both of them are.
trunk button works, tail lights work, reverse lights work but not the license plate light? Its hard to believe that it could be the bulbs because both of them are out. If its a fuse, I know there are 3 fuse boxes for these cars.
Where is the exact location if there's one for the license plate light?

You need to locate a factory service manual. Online or paper.
