Hi all, just got a 2009 G37 sedan (actually a skyline imported from Japan) and am enjoying it a lot. There's one issue where there is a small beep (sounds like a button press) coming from the console (media / display thingy) when I'm driving (only audible when no music is playing / radio turned off). Doesn't happen when engine is on and parked or stopped at the lights. Can't see any warning signs either.

Anyone know what might be going on?

Also is it normal for the idle rev to be so high? It goes above 1000, almost 1400 when parked / neutral.
