Low fluids...

My car is a 2009 G37 6MT Sedan with 42K miles. Last night I was checking under the hood and noticed a few issues:

1) Power steering fluid was at the cold min. line with a cold motor. I felt the rubber hose connect to the reservoir and pulled off grease and grime from the hose. I suspect the hose is leaking.
2) The coolant reservoir is completely empty. I found dried up coolant at the hose connecting to the radiator on the upper hose. I suspect the hose is leaking at the connection.
3) The clutch reservoir at the min. line.

Here are my questions:

Can I just change the upper radiator hose without having to bleed the system afterwards?
Can I just add some clutch fluid without have to bleed the system? In other words, will opening the clutch reservoir and topping off introduce air to the clutch system?

Thanks in advance.

You will need to purge air after changing the radiator hose. It's important, air pockets in the system will keep the car from cooling properly. You can add brake fluid to the clutch reservoir without having to bleed anything. Air is only induced into the line if the reservoir is completely empty and then refilled.

The dirt and grime is only there because the fluid is leaking onto the outside of the rubber hose. You must have a very slow leak as well. All of my other hose are dry with some dry dirt and dust. The hose under my power steering fluid container is a wet, oily dirt. It has to be power steering fluid.

^^Makes sense but doesn't explain why the level isn't dropping. I'll make a decision near the end of the 4 yr warranty whether or not to make a claim. Car has extended warranty to, but why pay a deductible...
