Replacement Window Looks Abnormal

Hello everyone. I had to get my driver side door window replaced because my last one was damaged. The replacement window looks fine when looking at it straight on. But from an angle (especially when the sun is shine down on it), there appears to be circular spots on the entire window. Is this normal for replacement windows? The shop that did the replacement told me that all of their replacement windows appears to be like this. They use Pilkington Solar Tint glass. There is no aftermarket tint film currently on the window.

Any help is greatly appreciated. I already went to the shop twice. The first time, there was no sunlight so they couldn't see it. The second time, the sun was shining directly on it and they saw it. They also ordered another glass but they said it looked the same as the one I have. I'm 100% positive that the factory glass did not have this problem.

Is it tempered? stress from heat treatment of the glass alters the polarization of light passing through it

Yes, the glass is Pilkington Solar Tint Tempered. The oem windows are temperlite. Is there a difference? Thank you for replying.

Non OEM glass always seems to have this strange effect or waviness. Once had a front windshield replaced and with sunglasses on I could see spots. Looking at it from different angles it looked wavy. Straight on it looked like normal glass.
