Welcome to the forum, as far as I know, here's the times I think I've seen.

1. dunno
2. dunno
3. 3-5 years
4. yearly if you beat your car, 30K miles is a good time to do it though.
5. as needed?

Subbed for interest.

here's my take based on a combination of manufacturer recommendations, industry standards, forum research and common sense:

1 - not sure (i have never owned a slushbox)
2 - 4 years on an average mileage vehicle. very easy DIY by the way. just grab some Nissan automatic trans fluid and you're good to go
3 - ~3 yrs / 36k miles for a street car, assuming no track time or super aggressive driving. if you heat cycle your brakes on a regular basis with very hard/spirited driving, do it more often.
4 - same as #3. both are fluids that will wear quicker with hard use.
5 - inspect on an annual basis. replace at first sign of wear. usually cracking of the ribs caused by the belt material drying out and becoming brittle. this is long before the "squealing belt" phase typically. i'd say a rule of thumb for replacement would be 4-5 years for a normal vehicle, but this can change a lot due to many variables. i bought a new belt for my '09 last year, but the original belt still looks like new (with only 38k miles on it). i live in a temperate climate and the car is garage kept though. i'll still throw the new belt on this year for peace of mind.

OP - have a look in the TECH section as well, the maintenance sub-forums.

I usually do them (except belt) every 30k. It's a good investment into the car if you plan on keeping it. It's a good, fun, and easy DIY that would take half day and only cost you maybe $100-$150.

I bleed the brakes and change the transmission/diff fluid every two years on my car and my wifes. I take out a turkey baster of power steering fluid every other oil change and add fresh.

I might be a little OCD

There's differing opinions on the AT fluid, some say just a drain & fill, something like 4 qts, and others say a full flush in the 12 qt range, and others say don't do anything until you hit 100k.

After calling several dealers the consensus was they like to push encourage premium upgrade at 30K where they will replace ATF and Diff oil as wells and replace drive belts but if you choose not to do premium then they all strongly recommended doing ATF at 60K and replacing all other fluids /items such as brake,Diff,PS and belts after they have been inspected and deemed necessary to replace.
60K to replace ATF fluid seems like such a long time! Its 60K or 48 months right? I guess I was just use to older cars where they needed ATF at 30K when they use to not use synthetic fluids that could last 60K...

My 2012 Maintenance manual doesn't say to replace the transmission fluid at all through 120,000 miles for severe or normal operation. It has an optional premium upgrade section which says to replace the transmission fluid every 30,000 miles EXCEPT for the 7 speed.

For the severe schedule it says to replace brake fluid every 15,000 miles.

What the dealer says vs the factory might not always be the same. Dealers make a lot of money on service.

I've never heard of changing transmission fluid every 30,000 miles on modern cars. Unless you really beat the crap out of your car, 30,000 seems excessive in my opinion.
