I think it is Blue Thunder Race fuel. Has NitroMethane and Castor oil? I think

heres a cheater's way. if u don't have a pneumatic vacuum pump use a 1/4" rubber hose, silicone type hose, vinly hose, whatever type hose u got. stick it down the filler neck of the washer tank. make sure u have enough hose sticking out of the filler neck where it will over hang over the front of the car and onto the ground. now suck the hose with your mouth and the fluid should start coming out, once it starts pouring out just let it gravity drain. once you get as much of it out as you possibly can pour in some rubbing alcohol to help clean out the washer tank and fill it was pure washer fluid this time.
