Clutch issue on 2012

I just traded my 08 auto coupe for a 2012 6mt sedan with13k on it and it's been giving me clutch issues. It started a couple days after I picked up the car. Whenever I'd press the clutch, the pedal would drop instantly half way then have pressure the second half. At first I could change gears, barely, but it eventually got to a point where the clutch wouldn't work and I couldn't even take it out of gear coming to a stop. I brought it back to the dealership and they said there is a service action on bad clutch fluid. They replaced the fluid and again same thing, next they said they'd change the clutch master but once again after picking it up same thing. After at least bleeding the system 4 times and changing the clutch master I picked it up and all seemed fine. As soon as I got onto the highway though same issue only now it only happens when I'm not using the clutch. Inner city driving, where I'm using the clutch constantly, no problem but as soon as you hold a gear for a period of time the pedal drops. As soon as I get off the highway and keep changing gears it regains pedal pressure. Any thoughts? This is really starting to make me mad

How do you know? If you don't mind me asking lol. Cause the dealership seems to have it in their head that bleeding the clutch fluid is the fix

It is a fairly common problem in the 6mt, BlackBetty has replaced his clutch due to a similar problem, I think.

Because I've replaced fluid. And a clutch. And a flywheel. And a master cylinder. And a slave cylinder. It's not the clutch friction surfaces or you'd have slippage, not a limp pedal.

I can't tell you with 100% certainty that's the problem. But that's just what I think, I'm a shade tree mechanic not a pro. So I'm assuming that the pros bleeding your lines know what they're doing and got all the air out. It's not always easy so that could be the issue.

You can find close to... I'd say... A BILLION threads on here about this problem. They all come down to either the CSC or the MC. Since they replaced the MC already, the only logical reason would be your CSC. 13K seems low, as most people I have found run into this issue at around 50-60K. But at least you shouldnt need a new clutch and flywheel. You also might want to look into the Heavy Duty CSC. I dont know if your dealership will replace it under warranty with it, but it seems to be a much better option than just getting the OEM CSC. Also... NEVER EVER QUESTIONS BLACK BETTY lol.

Trust me, I truly WISH I could always be right but I'm not. Ask my wife. She'll be happy to tell you that is very seldom the case. Lol.

But this is actually the same exact thought process that brought me to the conclusion. But the more I think about it 13K is really low mileage for any mechanical failure on a clutch part. The more I think about it, the more I think its possible that it could just be a matter of all the air not being bled out of the line. If it's not that, then the only other thing I know of that could be the problem is CSC.
