I've noticed that my speed will often drop by up to 5 mph from the set value while cruising (Not ICC). It usually recovers, but this is the first time that I have seen a car that doesn't peg it to where it is set(or die trying).

Is this an issue worth looking into?

FWIW, this seems to happen even on downhills.
