I should order one as well and do it myself. Mine is due for service at ~16K and the dealer will probably charge an arm and a leg for it!!

The G37 uses 2 engine air filters but only 1 cabin filter. RockAuto sells Wix for both.

I ordered 1, the cabin filter. Were you looking at the engine/intake filter?

has anyone tried installing the filters on models that were not originally equiped with the cabin filters? Does anyone know if the filter housings are there but just no the filters?

Got my filter over the weekend from Rock Auto. Very fast shipping. Installed it. Old filter was done for, waaay over due.

? there are no models like that (if you are talking about a G).

But for any car if you have an a/c in the car then it has a filter

I believe so. I am not sure about the "air purifier" b/c that is new for 2010 models but they should still have a filter behind the glove box
