What kind of gas was used to yield 330hp rating?
So I guess if you turbo'd those engines you'd need to bump up the octane even higher
.
Thanks for your input everyone...i might end up dyno-ing just to be sure (not that i dont believe you...im just the kinda person that needs to touch the fire to make sure it burns :P )
hahaha..just need to know for myself..personal experience/edification.

So you are going to trust some stupid marketing write up about their own product over proven fact? You might as well go buy this while you are at it. It says it will give you 25% more horsepower.

I already explained to you very clearly that it will not do a single thing for you.

Hey genius look at their own product specs.
ROCKETT BRAND RACING FUEL
91 Octane - Density .770
100 Octane - Density .744
111 Octane - Density .726
118 Octane - Density .704
Notice the density gets lower? (E85 expempt) As the density of the fuel gets lower, the potential energy of the fuel also gets lower. In terms you can understand.... higher octane means less go fast in vroom vroom.
Unless you are specifically tuned for a higher octane fuel, you are just throwing money away. When in reality, you will actually LOOSE power, due to the lower density fuel.

A bit harsh, though.
