Help 7500 mile service at Nissan dealer?

7500 mile service at Nissan dealer?
Folks,
I hope I won't get kicked at a G37 forum since I own an '08 G35x! My 7,500 mile service is rapidly approaching, and I called our local Minneapolis dealer for the service which quoted me $110. Given that the service manual only recommends oil change + tire rotation (for AWD), it sounded quite high. I also called one of our local Nissan dealers, and got quoted somewhere around $45 for the same service(s).
I did my first (free) 3,750 mile service at Infiniti, so not sure if going to Nissan is good or bad. Your thoughts?
