air bag light flashing

my air bag light is flashing. I have no idea how this happened, I did not install anything, just been driving in it. Is this something need to be covered by warranty? Is there any way to reset it?

hell yeah its covered by warranty its ur airbag...i would maybe do an ECU reset which is kinda good to do after break-in anyway and if ur warning remains get it checked out and fixed there could be something wrong with ur Airbag....

clearly under warranty unless they can prove that you did something to the car to set the light off.

tried multiple times to reset ECU.. it doesn't seem to work though. I am taking it to the dealers this week. Let me post the problem/solution after then.

Sometimes the light goes on if your cellphone is too close to the doors or if you store your cellphone in the door's pocket. This happened to my wife's SAAB and the Airbag light kept going off. Wouldn't you know, it was my cellphone being too close to the sensors.

Page 1-48 of the OM...
If a malfunction occurs in the front passenger
air bag system, the supplemental air bag warning
light , located in the meter and
gauges area will blink. Have the system
checked by an INFINITI dealer.
