Can't give you much of an answer without also knowing the width of the wheels. Offset doesn't really mean anything without it.

they are 19x9.5 and 5x4.5 22

Are the wheels installed? Easier to answer this question seeing the wheels on the car. I'm surprised someone has not created a fitment calculator.

Not yet i’m just trying to see do I need spacers because I know the g37x has a lower drop then the awd model

With those sizes its unlikely you'd need spacers, run some 235s and enjoy.

I have 19 inch rims what are 235s?
