My G37 keeps getting lower

So I recently installed a rear diffuser last month and over the last couple of weeks going over speed bumps I noticed it start to drag and I heard my exhaust scrape a lot more than usual.
I believe the adjustment collar on the coilovers is not tight. Here’s some pictures of my coilovers noticeably getting lower in the rear

You said it in your OP: your adjustment sleeves are not tight, and your ride height continues to change. That's the problem with using coilover dampers and it also changes your suspension settings when you lower or raise the car.

Meaning, your alignment is off.
