Okay so I messed up and broke a clip:

The rear driver door chrome trim up top, left side towards the driver door, the trim is attached to a clip that the rubber weatherstripping also goes through

What is this clip I can not for the life of me find it

I'll update with a picture in a bit, couldn't find where I threw it in my car out of frustration so I have to look for it 😭

 

Okay so here's a picture of the broken clip and where it goes

 

Is that clip actually part of the trim piece itself? Or does the trim slide over the clip? I don’t want to pull the rubber seal off to check because I’ll never get it to seat right again. Try finding that chrome piece on eBay used and check out the pics. May not be attached and just a clip you can buy.

 

Honestly, it's separatable but it also seems to be adhesived in. Atp I think I need all new ones cuz as I was peeling off the curved front door trim up top it seems to have created a shower of plastic pieces :/
