Seized engine after overheated

Aid. My G overheated when the coolant was low, so when I noticed, I stopped and waited a few seconds to check if it went down, but it didn't... So I turned it off and waited until the temperature went down, but as it went down. I was cranking without letting the engine start, it felt a little heavy and when the temperature got low, I started it after I put coolant in it and let it idle for about 5 minutes without any strange noise from the engine, no warning lights. engine, normal temperature, etc. The bad thing that happened is that when I was leaving the car turned out very well but after about 10 meters when I accelerated the car died, I waited another while and the car didn't want to start.

The next day I went with my friend to the car, we removed the serpentine belt, we tried to turn the engine and we realized that it was stuck so I immediately started searching since I had heard about how to unseize an engine, I saw some videos where they do it but They are left with fainting sounds. And my question is; It could be that just the piston rings of my engine got stuck and could I unsize the engine if I try? I’ll thanks any answer 👏🏽 please

Consider it a loss. For it to seize it should have damaged the bearings as well as possibly damaged the piston skirts. The amount of work it will take to repair will be more than an engine replacement. Any sort of "trick" will be short lasting so in that sense you want to ask yourself why try it if you already confirmed that with no accessories the crank does not move.
