Normal Operating Temp Ranges

Weird question but I genuinely cannot find this anywhere else, I feel like there's a manual or tech book that explains this but I haven't had any luck finding it.

Does anyone have a list of normal operating temperatures and readings for the G37? i.e. Oil, coolant, trans and intake.

I'd like to keep track of my readings and set up my Ecutek dashboard so that I have a "Hi Low"- Especially since I'll be replacing all fluids hopefully before this winter. Then when it warms up, in the spring, hopefully get a retune with some breather upgrades.

Most of the info I've found either doesn't sound right, or belongs to the G35 community. My car's oil operates from 198-230, my coolant around 187-200, and my transmission always varies widely, from 97-176F. What would you even consider "warmed up"?

Any information or documentation would be very helpful! I'm still scouring what I can online but I know there's more people here with actual recorded data that could explain better.

My car runs the same temps as yours. 180-230 engine oil and 180-200 for coolant temp. I have my "High temp" set to 240 for the engine oil.

Engine oil without an oil cooler should average 190-220+
Engine coolant 185 - 213 ( 185 is tstat closing, 213 is max without the AC.)
Trans temp 150-220 ( the only concerns for trans temp is how quick it gets up pas 120, 220 is what I have seen of constant abuse)

Being that you are auto, Oil and trans cooler are definitely an investment you should look into.

Thanks for the information, I would really like to get an oil cooler with a thermostat as our winters can get extremely cold, and I don’t want to have to install a block off plate.

Tonight my oil temp got up to 240F on the highway driving spirited, but happy to say my coolant stayed below 200 the entire time. I think trans was around 150-160 during this. I wish the oil stayed cooler but I guess that’s just how it is with these cars.
