Dash of g37 sedan overheats and get sticky

Hello everyone. I live in Florida and my interior color is black. Over time, the dash has slowly worn down. It's gets pretty sticky now in the heat. Anyone experience this? Are there ways to repair it without replacing? I've found older posts on this, but nothing recent. Not sure if any changes with this.

Thanks in advance.
