Looks like the wrong lug nut was used and caused the damage.

Not sure if its repairable and still be safe.

Those aren't washers, that's part of the wheel lug hole that broke off.

It's probably safe to bolt up, if the front flange where the proper Nissan lug nut washers sit isn't damaged. But it probably won't balance well with the weight difference.

To be on the safe side, I would be looking for a replacement.

That's what I was thinking looking at the pics. Someone probably torqued down hard on a tapered lug nut in a washer-style lug hole, and punched right through the aluminum.

I wouldn't use a wheel damaged like that. Seems like an accident waiting to happen.

Crazy bought the rims like that and never noticed and till after powder coating
would The washers be able to come off before powder coating
wonder if the heat melted the washers to the rim

Shops that powder coat do wheels all the time, so you think they would have said something. Not that it matters now, it is what it is. Sure is an odd thing.

Good luck.

BTW, while not a fan of those OEM Red Sport wheels, they sure do look good in gloss black.

yes I agree
This whole rim process had been a night nightmare

guy I bought it from said square set from his awd q50 all 4 rims were 19x9

when I checked 3 out of the 4 was 19x9 so I didn’t notice the damaged rim was 19x9.5 offset 50
seller wanted 650 for rims and tires but no wheel center caps or tmps
Tires were meh ok - 2 tires were Dunlop and other 2 were 2 different kinds
I offered 400 cause no caps or tmps
he took offer

after the powder coating I sent him a pic of the 19x9.5 rim
he sent me back a hundred bucks and gave me his old tmps

then I sent him pics of the washers on he felt bad and gave me back my 300 and said just keep the rims
I was stoked af

600 for powder coat and looking for one rim to get powder coated and I will just get all new tires and I’ll be ready to go
