G37 2009 Sedan won’t start after engine swap

Recently blew my engine and I bought a new one a swapped it in. I got it back and it ran for one day and after I let it sit overnight it didn’t start. I got no start or no accessory mode. No nothing.
things I’ve tried
New battery
New steering column lock
fuse box
keys unlock and lock the car
ive tried to get the car reprogrammed but the scanner doesn’t even work it doesn’t even get a signal. Pls help

Is the immobilizer light glowing red when you try to start it? Could be a problem with the anti-theft system if the key doesn't match.
