Can the Battery cause brake problems?

Ok so I have 2 questions. I have a 2009 Infiniti G37 Journey RWD Sedan that I just bought in May. When I got it, it was driving immaculately like better than perfect. You could tell it just recently had a new alignment & wheel balancing and there was no issues, what so ever. I bought it from a private seller & he told me that the only things he did to the car was new front bumper, headlights, alignment, wheel balance, and replaced the battery. It drove perfectly, but he said that he didn't do anything to the brakes and that they prolly needed to be replaced. The worked perfectly, except for a tiny, soft squeal you could barely hear & would only hear, when you brake really hard, maybe once every couple days.I decided to just go ahead and get new front brake pads(didn't touch the rear). I had someone install them for me, because I wanted to be lazy(which I really regret now). Well they rushed the job and I noticed a little bit of resistance from my brakes sticking & dragging every so often, but not bad. Well I was lazy again & paid someone to fix the drag. When they checked, they found 2 inner pads on one side& 2 outer on the other side (they had flipped a pad upside down). They went to switch them & I had to do something so I wasn't outside with him anymore. While I'm not out there, he proceeds to use a grease gun & put regular grease (I think lithium) on my pads, instead of brake grease. Next time I drive my car, as soon as I press the breaks, I hear the worst squeel and it just got louder & louder. Then I started hearing grinding. I was with my kids & driving through a bad part of town & couldn't pull over so I had to drive very slow, with my hazards on & used my parking brake at lights, until I could get to the closest gas station that was safe to work on my car, which was about a mile& a half. When I went to check my brakes, I realized that he had left the inner brake pad off the driver side. I took the driver pads off & put the original, old pads(that still had at least 50% left). Got back to my house and put the old pads on the passenger side too, so that everything was back the way it was, when the car rode perfectly, without drag or the wrong grease or anything else. The brakes still were dragging, worse than before, and sticking. Here's a list of all the troubleshooting that I've done in order. A few things helped but nothing fixed the problem completely:•Bled front driver•I tried cleaning off my brake components (pad, caliper, etc) and relubricated everything with Sylglide(silicone brake lube). •I bought brand new pads & new hardware, started over & relubricated everything.• Bled my front driver & passenger. I thought I had brake fluid in my trunk but it wasn't there so my master cylinder overflow was right under minimum line & all of my brake lights on the dash came on.(parking brake light even when it wasn't on, VDC light, and SLIP light.) Had to drive back to my house about 2 miles & filled the brake fluid overflow back to Max.• Replaced rear brake pads (that were very worn) & bled the whole system(Order: Rear passenger, front driver, rear driver, front passenger)until there were no bubbles & topping off the reservoir after each brake is bled. When I did the rear driver, I didn't refill the overflow fast enough & the parking brake light, VDC, & SLIP light came on like before but it didn't get completely empty(the overflow) just right at the min & then I refilled it. Still drag afterwards. •My battery kept dying & the terminal was lose. I tightened it but it still was acting funny, got it tested at autozone and they said I had a bad battery. I replaced the battery and car is driving 100x better and almost like it was originally. There's still a little brake drag but very very little & the car pulls to the right. So the drag should be on the right.•When I cleaned & relubricated the guide pins, I took the rubber bushing (noise/rattle suppressor thing) off of the driver side because I read it can cause a lot of problems but I left the passenger side on. I think that might be the problem so I'm going to take it off the passenger side too.• I checked the rotors & they are still good. If this doesn't work, I'm going to check my brake piston & brake fluid line. But I don't think that's the issue because it drove fine before. What could my issue be? Feedback wanted. My 2 questions are do you think I need to flush the whole brake line? Could it have just been the battery because it drives so much better now?
