Help! Power loss after pumping 87 octane

Ever since i accidentally pumped regular gas this issue occurred immediately and still remains. I was worried at first but after quick online search everyone said its fine as long as i don’t do it again. 2 Weeks later problem still remains. I have changed the MAF sensor, A/F sensor, cleaned throttle bodys, and did a fuel system cleaning with no luck! I also had a manifold leak that i fixed thinking that could be the cause but still no luck. Loss of power (especially when going uphill), Hesitation on acceleration, Stuck on 2-3k rpms on highway unless i floor it. https://youtu.be/5INPBNdvBu8
^ Couldn’t get the video to post here so i posted on youtube. Link above.

Have you gotten the cel look at? That looks like limp mode and doesn't really look like its fuel related

I thought it was limp mode at first as well but i can rev above 2k and all its just that nasty hesitation/delay when it gets to 3d gear. Only throwing a P0430 code Faulty Three-way Catalyst Converter Bank 2. Do you think thats the reason for the Hesitation/loss of power?

Form looking at the video I would say your cats are clogged and yes that would cause that issue. As far as the code goes you may want to start there and make sure everything is good. Check for exhaust leaks, 02 sensors working properly. Not sure how much time you have have or how rusted your exhaust system is but maybe you can remove your y pipe and check to see if the cats are still intact.
I don see using lower lv octane causing a issue like this unless it's a gas Station you have never used before

Understandable. I’m going to replace the exhaust system in the summer anyway. Im going with the Motordyne shockwave E370G catback and Fast intentions resonated high flow cats. I’ll also get my o2 sensors checked. Thank you for the response!
