What's the worse/best color for a Sedan?

In your opinion, what would you say is the worst/best color for a G37 Sedan?

Currently shopping around, and I feel the worst (least appealing)
1.Smoky Quartz (Tan/brown)
2. Blue slate (Flat/boring color)
^^
I just can't imagine a nice looking color combo/wheel setup for these cars

Best
-Moonlight White

My favorite is blue slate, and then Graphite shadow. Least favorite, smoky quartz for sure.

These are my two wheel setups on Blue Slate:

My absolute favorite was Lakeshore Slate with Stone Leather. However, 2010 was the last year for that color. It's beautiful.
My second favorite was Vibrant Red with Black Leather, because racecar.

I ended up with Moonlight White with Stone Leather because when you're looking for a 6MT Sedan, you take what you can get. And MW is pretty, too, and very classy.

My least favorite was Malbec Black. People either love or hate MB. I'm in the latter group.
My second least favorite was Blue Slate. Meh. Very forgettable.

KAD or bust!!! That's the color I had the pleasure of ordering mine in. Some like black. Black is nice but upkeep is a pain. I can't stand silver, just too plain. Every other car out there is silver.

Color is such a personal preference - much like the reasons for physical attraction to your partner

I definitely think the second setup is a much better look on the Blue slate, though I guess the color just isn't for me :|
Smoky quartz just seems like the type of color elderly folks go for- thats the vibe I get from that color I guess I've seen too many elderly people driving cars of that color..

I was completely unaware lakeshore slate was even option, must have been extremely rare
Vibrant red is amazing, but man, that color would attract a little too much attention for my liking- seems like an extremely rare color as well
"you take what you can get" haha damn, well you did pretty well picking up one of the nicest looking colors IMO, but the black interior is pretty hard to beat (Sorry stone leather)

Yea, KAD definitely has potential. I wouldn't be upset if I picked up a car of that color. Agreed on the silver/black. Silver- beautiful but at the same time plain Black- beautiful, but you see all the imperfections in the sun...Both colors seem to glisten at night under the streetlights though

Yep, I will happily take almost any color on a 6MT Sedan once I close up my search, Blue slate I can stomach Stony Quartz....ehhh I can't compromise on that color.

Yea the second setup is my main summer wheel setup, i prefer that much more to the dark wheels. Also, Blue is my favorite color in general so I guess that helps lol.

Smokey Quarts is 100% an old person color.

I've never been a fan of white cars. White hides all the angles and curves. Blues and blacks are perfect to make a car really pop IMO.

I must say that Vibrant Red is my favorite color on the V36. It just pops so well, and looks very aggressive when done properly (nice tint, black out the chrome trim, lots of black accents like rear diffuser, etc, and gunmetal/hyper black wheels).
I absolutely hated the Smoky Quartz when I saw it on a G I test drove. I have never loved champagne colored cars, and that's exactly what it is. The only car that color belongs on is an early 2000s Buick.

It's funny you say that because every car I've ever owned has been silver. Not by choice, but totally random chance. First car was a '99 Buick LeSabre I bought from my grandmother's estate when she passed. Sold that car after 6 years of love (literally was like driving a couch). Second car was a silver '99 Infiniti G20 that I inherited when my mother in law passed away. That car was amazing, but unfortunately Illinois winters gave it cancer before I got it, and it was too far gone to save. My current G37 just happened to be the year, mileage, trim, and price I wanted, and within a 45 minute drive, so I had to jump on it.

I've owned 5 white cars in the last 40 years. And 4 red cars.

My last red car - 4th gen z28 6mt. Attracted *WAY* too much attention.

The blue slate up close isn't flat at all. It's has a lot of metal flake.

It's a really pretty color when it's clean and polished, but isn't flashy so it's easy to cruise under the radar. I think it's a perfect color for a sleeper sedan.

Anyone who has an ounce of taste will tell you Moonlight White is the best color by far

I agree with some others here, the VR just pops on the G37.
