Does your oil has a smell of gas?
Its normal under certain circumstances.
Details help.
Your question is kinda like asking "my hand smells like doritos. what do u think ab that issue?" Well...its normal if I've been handling Doritos....
Do you make a lot of short trips or let the car idle a lot?
How old is the oil?
How strong is the smell of gas?
Does the car have known issues like a misfire or does it run badly?
Add some more details and we can help you.

Hello, thank you for you time it's appreciated!
My car is a 2010 with 80 000 km ( 50 000 - 60 000 miles).
The car runs great, no issue whatsoever.
If misfire means I get engine light sometimes then no it never occurred.
Sometimes when the car is warm, I can heard a metal weird noise when I start the car again. Changing the engine oil fixed the issue. I changed the oil like 2000 km ago so its pretty new ( that's when I first noticed the gas smell in the oil ).
I noticed this morning that the oil level on the dipstick is higher than it was when I changed the oil, and it has a gas smell that is noticeable.
I indeed do short trip at the moment, because I work from home so it's mostly short trips.
I also noticed my gas consumption seems high ( 16 l /100 km - 15MPG), but I don't drive hard ( RPM always bellow 4-5K).
I hope it helps.

Short trips will allow gas to build up in the oil. Short trips means the engine is mostly operating in open loop.
That also explains the fuel consumption.
I would start fresh.
Do another oil change. Make 200% sure the oil level is good.
Then periodically recheck the oil on a FLAT, LEVEL surface.
A driveway or parking lot is almost for sure never going to be level, so take that into account if you don't have any other place to do your checks.
If oil levels are rising...it means gas is getting in. No idea why.

I mesured the level it's bellow high for now, I'll check every day to see if it increases.
I noticed the same issue with my oil and exhaust smelling like gasoline for a couple of years now(2013/ 98k miles). My car is also consuming 1.5-2 quarts every 7K miles... I do a lot of mix driving in socal. I changed my spark plugs 3 months ago and the gasoline exhaust smell went away except for cold starts. I just recently changed the oil with the new plugs on so I'll check in a few months to see how the oil is doing. I can say the car is pulling nice and strong now like when I first drove it off the lot.
