2009 g37 Sedan aftermarket headlights

Has anyone installed (PRO-JH-IG3507-4D-LB-BK) by Spyder on a 2008-2009 g sedan? The manufacturer states that they only fit 2010+ due to an additional mounting point on the older model. They wouldn't go into detail and could not advise any modification to make them work.
Anyone had any luck with any aftermarket lights? The stock ones are terrible...

Yeah it wont work with a pre-2010 style bumper, the way the bumper is shaped around the headlight will cause a big gap and wont fit to the fender.

To elaborate, the 08-09 model years of the G37 sedan still used the body of the G35 sedan, so the headlights are not the same shape/size at all. Look at some pics and you'll see what we're talking about.

Have you found any luck? I’m looking to upgrade my 09 sedan headlights also. I’m struggling to find any available headlights for 09 sedans at all that seem reliable.

You literally answered your question when you said the manufacturer said they fit 2010+ models. If you want them to fit on your car, you will have to buy and install a 2010+ G37 front bumper cover.
