Not extenders but I have these on my G. They say for GTR but 100% fit on the G.

Nice. Yeah, buddy has a Nissan GTR and I love the paddles on his car. I don't an S model it's just a Journey sedan. I already spent $200.00 for all the parts to make my car shift with paddles. But yours look sweet.

I think this is what you meant. Unlike the ones Icrap posted, these are "stick on" extenders. Waste of money in my opinion, especially if you're considering the ones posted above.
Maybe try to aesthetically modifying yours when they come in.
