What to look for in a 2010 G37S 6mt

I have been lurking for awhile... Was looking for a G37 6mt. Kinda quit looking due to the pandemic but one popped on FB about 15mins away. It is a 2010 1 owner. I'm going to go look at it tonight. Is there something specifically to look for on a 2010 G37s 6mt?

Thanks,
Aaron

What is the mileage?

Since this is a 1 owner car I would hope he can provide all service records.

It has 98k. Always serviced at the dealer. Carfax looks good. Was just wondering if the 2010 had any specific problems to look for. The guy wants 11k.

common and expensive issue are oil gallery gaskets.
unfortunately its an expensive fix. Get an oil pressure test to confirm theyre not blown. If they're fine there's still a good chance they'll blow out at some point.
