I am considering replacing my shift **** with an after market part and was wondering if anyone here can share their experiences or provide and recommendations or advice on what to look for, thanks in advance for any advice.

 

This what was on my coupe when I purchased it. It was comfy and heavy but was too hot in the summer.

Then I purchased this. I think $50 on ebay from italian company. Very satisfied with it
