Rear diffuser for Sedan

Is there a way to still buy a rear diffuser (cosmetic one) for sedans still? AutoX kits used to make one but they've been banned on here, and someone in the facebook group for G37s said that they've been waiting for theirs since February 2017, so I don't think that's a good source anymore. Ebay just has the ones that fit european plate bumpers only.

In for responses.

Often think about designs for simple, OEM-style "aero" parts for our cars (front lips, rear diffuser, etc). Very few options for G37 sedans, and the few out there are just OK IMO. Yet the Q50 seems to have plenty of options...

If I had the time, I'd at least try to find someone willing to make a run of custom ones for our community. If anyone has ideas, I'd seriously be interested in participating somehow (long shot, I know).

That's all the way in Dubai, not sure how it would work with purchasing from there and getting it shipped. I know that most of the stuff comes from China anyway, but still not sure. Also, the look of the diffuser doesn't flow with the rest of the factory body lines. You actually need the rest of the kit to make it all look the same.

I've seen that one. It's a nice piece, but I'm looking for cosmetic one only at this point, just to enhance the looks. Planning on running the car in SCCA F Street next year, no functional diffusers allowed.

That's pretty cool looking... does it actually do anything noticable?

A real diffuser works by picking up air from flat bottom of the car and increasing the distance between the bottom of the car and the road. In order to do that correctly, you must have a clean exit out of the back, a curved bottom of the diffuser to optimize the downforce gains, and flat bottom to direct clean air to the diffuser itself. None of that happens here. I'm sure it does something, but the whole bottom of the car needs to be reworked in order to make an efficient diffuser

I like it, no complaints. Fitment is spot on. Another plus in my book is that it replaces the flimsy plastic plastic cover.

AutokitsX is the only manufacturer, as far as I know, that still actively makes rear diffusers for our Gs.

Autokits was the one i went with. Took about 5 weeks to get mine in the mail. Quality was great. However the fitment was not perfect, which is expected with aftermarket body panels. The left side of the diffuser sits a bit over 1cm lower than the right side.
