eBay G37 Sedan Rear Diffuser Fitment

I was wondering if anyone has any experience with these eBay diffusers. I was interested in buying one but wasn't sure of how the fitment on them is. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

They don't fit US models because of the license plate area. If you look closely in the description or picture it will say not for US models
