OBD II info on AWD system?

Is it possible to know what the AWD system is doing at any given time? I would like to be able to know when it is sending some power to the front, just 'cause I want to know.... so I wonder if there is any way to get info from OBD II on the AWD system.

I have the bluetooth OBD II dongle and Torque app on my Android tablet. I've looked around a little and haven't seen anything. But maybe I'm missing something?

Ideally it would be great to see how much torque the system was sending to the front wheels....

I guess it would also be cool to know what the traction control / stability nanny is doing. Maybe record activity as you drive then view it as a graph?

Any thoughts?

That would be cool but I have seen no way to do that before. Never seen anything for it in the Torque app either.
Acura SH-AWD cars have a screen which shows the power split, i wish infiniti did the same.

If that info were captured by the ECU, then a clever programmer could write an extension to Torque to show the info.

I don't believe that type of information is in the ECU.

Maybe the ecutek obd2 interface thing or the uprev version when it comes out. They can see all sorts of cool stuff, no idea if that’s one of them...

What someone needs to develop is a controller for the front and rear bias like the old Skylines had (R33/R34) for racing.

I'm going to reach out to EcuTek and see if they can play around with this and a couple of other items. Some of their RaceRom stuff from the R35 should be applicable to us too but isn't yet because all their testing is on RWD G's.

Got a response back from EcuTek. They are putting in a tasker for the G37/370z platforms for get more out of the TCM. This will possibly allow for rolling launch, torque splitting, and some other neat features. This would be awesome for track applications!
