lost number 10

So in August my friends and I were working on the G and we lost the number 10 inside the engine, we couldn't find it so we thought it got ejected from the car while driving. While I was driving one day I hit a pothole and on the same night the car started to shake every time I was at a stop sign.

I brought the car to the garage and voila one of the mechanic was able to get it out with a metal bar by lifting the engine. the head mechanic said he would of never been able to get it out or even seen it, he said it was lodge really well.

As you can see it really faded my number 10, be careful working near the engine or close to it lol. lesson learned

Are you saying that 10mm socket is what caused your car to shake every time you came to a stop?

I wonder where it managed to land to cause those symptoms..

Sounds like it got stuck between the engine and the body causing it to tranfer engine vibrations into the body.

Every time I started the car you could hear a big and loud clunking noise, you could only hear it when you're inside the car but you wouldn't be able to hear the clunking noise when standing outside of the car.
The 10 mm made the whole car shake and vibrate violently also, every time I came to a stop light I had to put the car in neutral because it was so loud at some point that bystander were able to hear the vibration lmao.

tks god I have the windows tinted haha
