How do I open fuse box near battery, for 2013 infinity g37x sport?

 

If I remember correctly, to access the IPDM ("Intelligent Power Distribution Module" with all the fuses and relays) you need to remove the cowling which covers the battery and butts up against the bottom of the windshield. Once you've done that you should be able to remove the black plastic cover by pulling it upward. There may be a "tab" or two you need to press to release that cover - I can't recall.
