Navi/Bluetooth Media Acting up

I have noticed a very small problem which is now becoming a slowly irritating problem, basically here's whats happening.

I have a 2012 G37xS sedan, I have my iPhone 6s connected to the Audio/Media portion of Bluetooth connection as well as the hands free. During certain times the display stops the music and says iPhone is disconnecting then 3 seconds later it reconnects. As well as it never displays the right artist track and album.

It's not persistent in a specific app IE spotify, Pandora, DI FM, even my own physical music on the phone. What seems to be happening lately is it disconnects from my phone and then reconnects as well as sometimes it does not connect at all. Sometimes I have to turn the car off/on in order for it to read my phone again.

I have already re-paired my phone, removed all other phones in the device list, as well made sure that nothing was connected to the USB portion in the center console.

I really don't want to buy a new Navi just to have my Bluetooth audio working properly.

Anyone have any ideas??

I have a 2013 X Sedan and, and an Iphone 6 and have a similar problem, I've noticed this after a recent IOS update. I'm going to look through the phone settings to see if anything stands out. I'll post if I find a solution.
