Flowmaster
Yeah for sure, especially with options for the sedan/X being limited relative to the coupe exhaust options. it cost a little over $300 for the mufflers and labor. Flowmaster has other mufflers that are quieter like the 40 Super or Delta, or even the Super 44. I recommend giving them a shot to any G owner.
Not bad for price. If you really wanted to go all out, Figure another $600-800 would get you a full cat-back at 2.5'' piping with a high-end resonator. Easier pill to swallow that $1500-1800 for a new aftermarket before shipping.
I didn't see them in the FS section, but there is a different guy selling a set of 44's. And the clip you posted was also for the Super 44 Flowmasters. I was wondering specifically about the 40 Series Flowmaster.
In any case, I pulled the trigger on the 40 Series and it sounds bad @$$. It's definitely louder and deeper, but not too much so, which is what I was looking for. It drones around the 1500-2000 rpm range. I know some people can't stand it but it doesn't seem that bad to me. It sounds deep and sporty, not bad for one of Flowmaster's loudest mufflers. Like I said, I don't think it's that bad, and I don't think other people riding in the car will even notice, tbh. Let me know if anyone wants to hear it and I'll get some sound clips/vids.

What specific model did you end up going with? And size? You mentioned the drone, how loud/annoying is it? I drive in traffic daily so drone would drive me bonkers.
Thanks!
