Door Locks/Horn Notification not working

Door Locks/Horn Notification not working
Car: 2011 G37x Sedan
Okay, so this problem started with just one door lock, then seemed like all the locks have failed which makes me want to rule out the actuators. How could all 4 actuators fail at the same time? Keyfob or door lock switches don't lock or unlock the doors either. You can almost hear them struggling though. Also I no longer hear the horn honk, or lights flash when I use the FOB to unlock/lock. I did see a post on here that it might be the battery or battery cable? ...and that when the car was moving the other users locks worked.
What I have done:
Checked fuses and replaced the master door switch (cheap one on ebay)
Hopefully someone smarter than me knows what I can try next!!
