Question Do G37's auto shut off when in ACC mode after a certain period of time?

Title of the thread says it all.

I'm wondering because the aftermarket starter system that is installed in the G37 my wife and I just bought leaves the car in ACC mode when you use the aftermarket remote to unlock the doors. My fear is that if the car is unlocked, and then locked again without starting the car, that the car will stay in ACC mode and drain the battery.

Anyone know? I've searched the owners manual, but can't seem to find anything confirming.
