Nothing under $250 would do that for me. Unless wedding rings come that cheap.
For what it's worth, a men's tungsten carbide ring doesn't have to be much more than $70. I got my first one at a jewelry shop for $400 and broke it after a year. I got the second one online for $70 and have worn it daily for 10 years, no problems and it still looks like new.
Of course women's rings come at a bit of a premium.

I bought a titanium ring for myself a few years back, because I really like titanium. So I suppose you could say my left hand is married to my wife, while my right hand is married to my car. And in that respect, the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.
Almost new Michelin Pilot Sports, was going to match my Kuhmo ASX fronts, but got the PSS instead, not truly a accessory they were 210 for a pair. While waiting for them to be installed I took a very happy walk knowing what was coming.
I do plan on getting the Silicone Intakes and r2c filters...just haven't yet.

I just purchased silicone intake hoses and R2C filters. Getting a tune with those, AAM HFC, and my Fast Intentions exhaust next week.
And for around $250, I'd say the $250 changed my world for the G37. Night and day difference, especially with this being my first manual car.
My vote for "best bang for your buck mod" would be the Hotchkis sway bars, but I think those cost me around $300, so a little over your $250 limit. Next best would probably be the Hawk HPS pads... You can get both front and rear set for less than $250.
