extended warranty for 2011 g37x

hey guys,
shopping for an extended warranty since I have decided to keep my 2011 g37x for at least 3-4 more years.
Any idea how much Infiniti charges for the Elite extended warranty? I wanna have an idea before going to talk to them. Any other companies who offer warranty and that work with th inifinit dealers?
thanks

Hey. unsure about your local prices. However, when I purchased my car 2 years or so ago, the cost for warranty was something like 3k Canadian.

I personally didn't take it, which I've happy about, as I haven't really had anything come up. The only issue I've had is the valve cover gaskets leaking, which I replaced them in my garage, total cost was 50$ USD on Rock Auto and a large pizza, as I had a friend help.

Plus, I probably would of ended up voiding the warranty with mods anyway.

hey gian13, i have an 11 as well and it was cpo, i am 82k right now so covered until 100k, so about 11 months left for the fulll year 6yr/100k. However, i had thought about buying one a year ago to extend past my cpo coverage etc, but they were pricey, at about $1.5k and im sure negotiable etc, but had a few moments of will i trade it in way before 100k etc...long story, but if you still can, may give you peace of mind, especially if you get it close to the 1k mark . not a bad investment, just read the fine print so you dont get surprised by what is and what is not covered etc.... good luck

thanks for the info guys. yeah my 2011 has 55,000 miles, I understand it has a 6 year powertrain warranty but that doesn't cover other pricey things. I will shop around with different infiniti dealers and let u guys know about prices when I find out
