No joke. Starting to feel like I bought a gently used '94 civic...

It is pretty cool all of them here though. Unique resource to get ideas and feedback. Lucky for me, I'm late to the party so will get more benefit from that then most.

Really like that black roof! That's exactly what I'm talking about.

Should change the name of this thread to 'the official MW 6mt thread' and keep it going.

Start a new thread and do exactly that. Nothing really stopping you.

Not sure how much longevity it would have, but could be interesting. I believe most of the known characters are already represented, however.

And the honeymoon ends....
Heavy rain over the weekend. Went to the store on Sunday morning before the game and there was a half gallon of water on the passenger floorboard. Think it's the sunroof drain but haven't dug in yet. It's in the garage at the airport til Friday... Boo

hahaha I see what you did here

You sure as heck aint upsetting me....just look at this thread and you can see how many 6mt MW have just responded.... I mean ONLY ONE OF US can post a 6mt Malbec Black thread and see how many respond with that criteria. I actually wish there were more so I could get some ideas on what colors they went with. About the only other one I know of thats been modded and who posts about it is R1cky, but his is 7at.

An update:
I'm nearly three months into ownership. To be honest, I had lost a little faith after my sunroof drain leak fiasco (info and details piggy backed onto someone else's Dashboard leak thread). I wasn't going to spend any money on the car until it was resolved. It appears as though I may have it fixed now. Fingers still crossed but we've had one of the wettest months of March on record and not a drip so I'm cautiously optimistic.

Thought to post an update as I just ordered the OEM rear spoiler that was previously discussed. Thanks again for straightening me out on that everyone. I got a screaming deal ($280 to my door) through Infiniti of Louisville of all places. They have their prices discounted below MSRP and still take the Estore2017 discount code. Shipped to Oregon it was about a C-note cheaper than picking one up at the Portland area dealer with the discount code. I contemplated the front lip too, but I just don't love it. Looks just a little too "buck-toothy" or bulbous to me and I'm not sure why. Maybe it will grow on me. Really like the Carbon signal one from the front but it sounds unavailable-ish and it just protrudes a little too far forward for my parking abilities.

If anyone is looking for some factory parts and/or accessories their site shows that they are honoring the the discount code through tomorrow. Might be worth a look.

Also did my first oil change on Tuesday afternoon. One of the better designed cars I've ever changed the oil on. Virtually no mess at all. Oil filter down low, unobstructed, and right next to the drain plug. No idea how I'm going to get a jack under it once lowered however. Just have to cross that bridge when I get there I suppose.
Anyone have a hot tip on a lift point? I jacked it up from the reinforced part of the subframe where the lower a-arm attaches and then put a ramp under the front tire. Did this one side at a time. I couldn't find a spot to jack up the whole front all at once. Is there a reinforced point somewhere under that underpan/plastic shroud?

Other details:
I'm averaging almost 20 MPG daily (19.7 calculated, computer shows 20.4). I had to go up to the Seattle area on Monday/Tuesday this week and did it on exactly one tank. First real roadtrip to speak of (418 miles on the ODO and calculated as 24.3 MPG for the trip).
Really like the Gen3 roof spoiler that I picked up in the group buy.
Still enjoying the Stillen exhaust. Sounds great under acceleration and unnoticeable otherwise. Perfect.
