Rattle.

Hey guys, new guy here. Love my 2012 G37X sedan, one thing is giving me a head ache is the constant rattle behind the navigation.Called the stealer and they told me the warrenty will not cover because it expired in August. Any Infiniti techs in Chicago land area that can help...

Thank you.

First, take you sunglasses out of the overhead just to make sure. Second, are you sure it's behind the navigation and not coming from the windshield area?

Had a similar rattle

Turned out it was the sunglass holder (no sunglasses in there). Berman's Infiniti downtown just replaced the sunglass compartment.

Had some thick rubber pieces, jammed it between the windshield and dashboard, for now it seems to fix the rattle.
Thanks for the input.

The rattle sounds like something is loose, a screw or bolt.

Yes, and I cleaned out under the plastic where the air is let in for the ventilation system, a lot leaves and crap came out but the noise was still there, it sounds like it's coming from the bottom of the driver side.
