Previous Owner?
Did anyone on here ever own a "slicktop" (No sunroof) 2011 G37, maybe in the Texas area?
Just curious. The one I bought seems to have a full LED interior bulb kit. Not sure if it's Diode Dynamics or not. The body is good overall, but some real nicks on the front and rear bumpers. Love to know some more history on it~

This is one for the companies that does a factory style sunroof that works much like the original. Even have a lifetime warranty. My daughters car has a more primitive version that gives no issues. Have you recently experienced something?
Aren't those '17" rims off a 2009 Journey... on a 2011?
That's kind of strange.
OP, if I could swap you my sunroof for your solid top, I'd do it straight up. I hate sunroofs. Almost never, ever use mine. Rarely pull the shade back, and pretty much never crack it open in any way. It's noisy, and a distraction, and glare sucks. Can't stand the things.
And I agree with BB. You're asking for trouble with an aftermarket sunroof. But that's just a gut feeling, and hey... the heart wants what the heart wants. Good luck.

It runs/drives really nice but I'm the opposite. My sunroof is either tilted, open or at minimum has the shade pulled back except in the biggest heat of summer. I'll continue my research but I'm not hearing negatives with themy anymore. Like I said they have a lifetime transferable warranty on it and the work.

Hmm, you have one of the weirdest sedans I've seen. I was thinking maybe you were one of the very few without the Premium Package, which included the sunroof, Bose, power tilt/telescoping wheel, and parking sensors. But it seems like you have some features while missing others.

Yes, I am partially disappointed in some of that but good with it at the same time if that makes sense. Wonder if it was a special order for someone who didn't want a sunroof. Questions like that is part of the reason for this thread
Moonroof and Rear Sensors are part of the Premium Package in 2011.

I think this is a Journey with the Navigation Package only, and dealer or aftermarket-installed parking sensors. There's no Tech Package, as evidenced by the lack of an off-set cut-out in the lower front grille. And Premium is out... because of the lack of a sunroof. That makes the sensors a wild card, which is why they would have to be installed after the factory.
That, or the OP is confusing the sensors for something else. You have the little set of body-colored disks along your rear bumper... right?
Odd collection of features, or missing features. And that wheel doesn't belong on the 2011, so that's odd too.
